This book, based on my own mid-life awakening, is my way to encourage others to explore how to best live their second half of life to the fullest and to enable them to finally be who they are. I'm not trying to give definitive answers for everyone; I am hoping, instead, that my words will awaken you to your own potential, your own path. I want to help you find the confidence and belief that you can make this journey and that it will be well worth the effort.
