As a comedian he studied at Toronto's The Second City and Chicago's i.o. Theater. He has performed stand-up across Canada, the US, and the UK. Having performed three times at the Edinburgh Fringe and opened for leading Irish comedians such as Ardal O'Hanlon and Meave Higgins in the US. In 2014 he appeared at the Kansas City Irish Festival.
