This left LB wondering what a hospital is anyway\/anymore and, more to the point, what a neighbourhood health services centre might be.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eClearly the answer has something to do with what an unwell patient needs doing to them to get them back on their feet again and back to school, work or retirement. This is not so much a whodunnit but more a who didn't do it.
