A digestibility trial was conducted to evaluate the apparent digestibility coefficients of nutrients and digestible energy of annatto seed meal (FSU) and the effects of supplementing feed with an enzyme complex containing cellulase, protease and amylase on the digestibility of nutrients in juvenile nile tilapia (Oreochromis niloticus). The experimental rations were supplemented with a commercial enzyme complex at levels of 0.0, 0.033, 0.066 and 0.099%. The collection period lasted 15 days and apparent digestibility was determined using the indirect method, using chromium oxide (Cr2O3) as a digestibility indicator.
