Whilst certain documents will be unique to the architect, such as the Model Letter and Notes for Architects, others such as the guide Using an architect for your home are designed to be given to the client in order for them to understand the tasks ahead, the benefits of using an architect and what an architect can be expected to do and charge. \u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eThe Pack may be used in one of two ways. Firstly, where both sets of documents comprising the Conditions of Appointment and the Schedule of Architects Services, together with a letter of appointment, are completed and forwarded to the client for signature, the architects set then being returned.
