The concentrations of these drugs were evaluated in marketed formulation by using simultaneous method. The present book describes the simultaneous estimation method of Dorzolamide Hydrochloride and Timolol Maleate in eye drop dosage form. The simultaneous estimation method given good recovery (accuracy), precision, linearity.
