The basic premise of the research mantained that the ethical climate and organizational support of an organization influence and affect the affective well-being of that organization and that the relationships are predictive in nature. The presented premise supports the rationale of the research which suggests a cognitive-affective model of ethical decision making and explains the relationship between emotions and ethical behaviors.
