One moment I was in my office and the next moment I was at my destination over 2 hours away. This is exactly how I felt as I read my \"book\". How did I get here? I carefully and slowly shared my poetry with close friends. \"I am crying as I read this.\" \"You need to make this a book. I would buy it.\" The comments were all positive. I also began to talk to others when someone they loved passed and that healed me too. So I thought maybe this journal could help others. Whether the loss was a sister... A beloved pet.... Or a parent.. I seemed to be able to speak to others easier. I also Found I was telling people to spend time with those they loved and appreciate them more. Loss of any kind is so painful. I felt that if I survived this deep hurt I could survive anything. Everyone needs to find their own unique path toward healing but by sharing Feelings and experiences along the way we give ourselves a gift during a challenging time we grow strong together.
