The 3 fungal pathogens were identified molecularly through amplification of rDNA ITS region using species specific primers Cglnt for C. gloeosporioides, Cglnt2 for C. acutatum in combination with ITS4 universal primer and Ver ITS for Fusarium chalamydosporum.
