God has given me a gift of writing, and I give glory to God. Because of God's love, I can share my story.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003e\u003cbr\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eGrandmother's House is her first book, including her testimony of healing and recovery towards peace and freedom. \u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003e\u003cbr\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003e What helps my situation was my faith in God and my courage to forgive. It was the hardest thing for me to do to face my grandmother and forgive her. It started with forgiveness.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eThe thing is faith is an action. And it takes lots of time to heal. God journeys with you in the healing process; you are not alone.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eDon't take matters into your own hands and don't try to hurt them back. It's not worth it, let it go, give everything to God, and you will receive love, joy, and hope.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eI did it, and so can you. You can forgive the person(s) that hurt you. I know it's hard; tell me about it. But when you genuinely forgive someone, you receive peace and freedom, and that is something nobody can take away from you.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eRepay no one evil for evil. Have regard for good things in the sight of all men. If it is possible, as much as depends on you, live peaceably with all men. Beloved, do not avenge yourselves, but rather give place to wrath; for it is written, \"Vengeance is Mine, I will repay,\" says the Lord.
