Our study examined the clinical and evolutionary profile of MMH in NNATs, and identified predisposing factors.The results show that the frequency of MMH was 12.5%. The mean gestational age at birth was 38.12 weeks' amenorrhea. The main risk factors were caesarean section outside labour and gestational age.Conclusion: NNAT MMH is a real entity in NNATs.
