A reference book which includes all available decisionmaking methods should be developed which is indexed both alphabetically and by task. When possible, methods should be included as appendices to the reference book. References to doctrine, tactics and philosophy should include where the information can be found. Inclusion of all information would make the size of the document prohibitive. Careful screening of all information available will eliminate redundancy and decrease the size of the document. The purpose of this thesis is to prove the need for such a document.
