He has been an aerobic dance and fitness instructor for over forty years. Ben has conducted fitness workshops all over the country and was even invited to conduct a three-week fitness workshop in Russia. As chairman of the New Jersey Governor's Council on Physical Fitness and Sports he coordinated a wonderful book called Get fit NJ.
