I can only tell you about how I have decided to keep my own dream journal by recording my dreams in a Word document which I originally titled Dave's Dreams. I also decided to find images from the internet to include with my journal entries to make them more personally meaningful. For that reason, I have also included images in this book. The most common method I have heard of for keeping a dream journal is to keep a diary or notebook at your bedside, then to write down your dreams immediately after you wake up, so that you won't forget.
