These spaces are described in detail based on Fundamental Reference Frames (FRF) which has the ability to build a space of many dimensions from one dimension. The qualitative features of these spaces accords well with Parmenides view of the Cosmos: unchanging and timeless. Cosmos spaces are beyond time. Universes may be viewed as generated from a single particle, in accord with a Consistency Condition, in the 88 dimension space FRF according to the definition of Cosmos spaces.
