This is the battle I won - not against a united front, nor the Spanish armada, nor the Arab Spring, Normandy, or pearl harbour. I fought every day, and in this way, was the torment and continual effectiveness more enduring than all those battles combined. At its core - an idea exists to prove or disprove worthlessness - this is the birth of negative thoughts which aim to distract your attentions from the strength to be you - which resides somewhere within the existence of self. This sense of obstruct I possessed for quarter a century - from birth to my first day a survivor through the eternal wilt of the mind. I did therapy. I completed my course. I learned. I grew. I realized that I believed I was beyond worthlessness - and I did not need it anymore to act as the crutch to in-growth. And so, once the belief in yourself becomes strong enough - the aptitude to overcome becomes the strength needed to be.
