She and her brother, Calvin, became best friends as they helped their siblings grow.\u003cbr\u003e Julie travels her road through her father's extreme alcohol addiction, and his army tour in WWII.\u003cbr\u003e Her first marriage ends in divorce leaving her, a single mother, to raise two children.\u003cbr\u003e Her second marriage, later in life, ends in the sudden death of her husband.\u003cbr\u003e Through it all her secure career gave her a future retirement without worry.\u003cbr\u003e And yet, as she traveled, she felt her life had not been fulfilled. As she glimpsed the end of the road to reach the top of the mountain, she never expected to find that missing piece standing at the top waiting for her. But there he was.\u003cbr\u003e Julie Green resides in Boonsboro, Maryland where she retired as Postmaster. After retirement she settled into her new life. Her days are filled with writing, going to church, time with friends, and family. She enjoys traveling throughout the United States.\u003cbr\u003e She is the mother of two adult children, four grandchildren, and five great grandchildren.
