In 2015, She created a Shamanic Reiki course based on her grand-mother's teaching. During her Reiki initiation at level 2, she had a vision of Master Mikao Usui who gave her the long-distance symbol for long distance reiki HSZSN. She continued her training with Karuna Reiki(R) and Holy Fire(R) in Hawaii in 2016 with William Rand.\u003cbr\u003eSonya was already practicing energy healing as her grand-mother Marie Jeanne Laniel-Desrosiers had taught her at the age of 14.
