He attended SUNY Fredonia for four years before transferring the SUNY Buffalo in 1964. He received a BA in Psychology and Philosophy from SUNY at Buffalo (UB) and his Master's Degree in Information Technology from Regis University in Colorado. \u003cp\u003e\u003c\/p\u003eAfter serving for four years in the United States Air Force Security Service (Military Intelligence) as a Chinese linguist, he returned home from Asia to own and operate various businesses as well as work for other employers.
