When the Vox Populi Open Mics started, it was basically a group of artists performing for free in Mayaguez bars. Today, the same formula remains intact, yet one can easily gauge the growth we've experienced in the past five years.We are not perfect. We've had our fair share of fuck-ups and empty shows, but if there's one thing I admire in this group, it's its tenacity. Five years later and we're still making art, performing, progressing and evolving.
