Using meditation made it more enjoyable, and then the visions began. I had to ask for help of what they meant, and finally I became able to interpret them. As if all this wasn't enough, I began to hear God speaking to me. Not in a voice, but thoughts I knew were not my own. As I would read through the Bible each day, I'd pick out a verse for meditation and lay out my thoughts, then listen for His voice and what I heard was so much more fulfilling than my thoughts.
