Randy Allsbury grew up a missionary's kid and a preacher's kid and witnessed the benefits of following Christ from the example of Sid and Mary Allsbury, his parents. Randy and his wife Sherri spent 15 years in ministry as a vocation and are now in the advertising and marketing business. One of the tools he used to teach the class was his publication called 10 TIMELY TRUTHS. This publication is an updated version of that wonderful evangelism tool." ---Randy Allsbury ABOUT DON DEWELT: "After fourteen years on the faculty of San Jose Bible College, in the fall of 1957, Don DeWelt moved to Joplin to teach at Ozark Christian College. He taught Acts, Old Testament History, Old Testament Introduction, Personal Evangelism, I and II Timothy, Titus, Homiletics and the Art of Writing. Don wrote many books; the earlier ones included If You Want to Preach, Act Made Actual, Romans Realized, Sacred History and Geography and The Church in the Bible. In 1959, while he was teaching at the college, Don and Elsie DeWelt founded a publishing company called College Press. Brother DeWelt was in constant demand to speak and hold evangelistic meetings and seminars around the country. He died on June 12, 1991. 

The Ozark Christian College Alumni Association established a preaching scholarship in honor of Don DeWelt in January 1992."
