Ambassador Ranjit Singh Kalha, IFS is a former Secretary in the Ministry of External Affairs and a former Member of the National Human Rights Commission. While in service, he was a member of the China Study Group and led India for the 6th, 7th and 8th Round of boundary talks with China. Ms Bhavna Tripathy is an international security analyst. She has worked as a researcher with the Centre for Armed Forces Historical Research at the United Service Institution of India, New Delhi, and with the Institute for Defence Studies and Analyses (IDSA). She holds a Masters degree in History of International Relations from the London School of Economics and Political Science.
