30-Day Manifesting Intention Challenge (Paperback) (ISBN-13: 9781729295281)

During October 2018, members of my "Live Joy Today Manifestation" Facebook Group participated in a 30-Day Manifestation Challenge. This challenge was started not to sell coaching courses, products, or promote anything. It was simply started because I wanted to follow through with writing my own intentions every day for 30 days. I realized that one of my traits is to start strong and then my commitment trails off to nothing. I wanted accountability - pure and simple. With only a moment, I created a meme with a phone APP and asked, "who was in?" I was surprised that members were typing "I'm IN" in the comments. I know that when people start manifesting, emotions come up that they may not know they had nor how to interpret them when they happen. I felt responsible for giving tools to help our group members when things came up. That lead me to head to my office on a Saturday to create a video preparing them for the challenge and creating the 30 posts to go live in our group every day. I included posts to help manage, interpret, and shift out any negative emotions that came up. I was not prepared to receive such beautiful gifts by way of the comments made throughout the challenge. When people shared, they thought they were the only ones experiencing whatever it was they posted. Then followed others stating, "I'm so glad to know I'm not the only one." Group collective energy that is supportive leads to great miracles, insights, and joy in our lives. I love our growing group, and I loved that 'on a whim' I started this challenge.Near completion, I was inspired for the next 30-Day challenge. When I posted to see if others were in, I received a message asking if I could create a course for this 30-Day challenge. This person saw a benefit to have it compiled in one place. My initial response was, "No, I don't want to create a course. I don't want to be a coach. I don't want to create something that takes so much time that I have to charge rates high enough to cover time costs." I desire to make all the information affordable for all. On the drive home, the idea of putting it into a book for anyone to have and make it easy to create became the catalyst for this book.It is my hope that you see miracles, enjoy the process, and find valuable insights into your life through this simple, easy to use 30-Day Manifestation Intention Challenge.- Beth Varian
