As I mentioned earlier in my introduction, I waited 35 years to tell ANYONE I was sexually abused because I did not want my parents or my aunt to feel bad. It also took me quite a long time to understand that what happened was completely no fault of mine. But the relief I found when I uttered the words aloud was such a freedom I cannot describe. I am praying for that freedom for you in all aspects of your life. There are 27 lessons but feel free to move through this as quick or as slow as you like. It is split up into different lessons that you can read and work through daily, weekly or power through it and come back to your answers to pray and grow and heal
