A Bouquet from the Flames: One woman's story of DIY healing, growth through pain, and lessons learned along the way. (Paperback) (ISBN-13: 9798564704830)

Why do you allow yourself to become bitter from the pain? Why not be a Bouquet from the flames? This book is about life-after-the-failed-marriage where I share my DIY blueprint on how I emerged as a bouquet of beautifully scented flowers, from flames of rejection, pain, and setbacks with a mind and heart devoid of bitterness, anger, and negativity. Often, women and men find themselves unable to take control of the emotional and mental effects of painful experiences. Even more so where the safe place is to hug pain like a lover instead of extricating themselves from the situation and moving on purposely with their lives. The choice though hard, must be made, and it takes the consistent positive workout of a mind that wants it. I wanted it; I wanted it so badly after I found myself in the basket of devastation, depression, and residues of separation. And I tell you how in this book with practical steps on how you can too.Do enjoy the read...
