She currently resides in San Mateo.
Thomas J. Shephard Sr. was born and raised in Modesto and earned both a bachelor's degree in political science and a juris doctorate degree from University of California at Berkeley. He currently resides in Stockton, California, where he has practiced law at Neumiller & Deardslee for more than fifty years. Shephard is proud father to four grown children-Katherine Weiner, Thomas J. Shephard Jr., Clarice Shephard, and Marjorie Hart-and is loving grandfather to seven, including his youngest grandchild, Peter.
