Some of his biggest inspirational sources would be Clint Eastwood westerns, the Lord of the Rings, The Elder Scrolls video game series, Hellboy, the Vampire Hunter D series, Deadlands, Stephen King (especially the Dark Tower), Robert E. Howard, and HP Lovecraft. Star Trek has also played a pivotal role in Ashe's life. Ashe currently lives in Auburn, AL with his partner.
