Louise C. Kovács is a practitioner-researcher, executive coach and coaching supervisor. In completing her doctoral-level research she developed a framework for applying the concept of formulation in an executive coaching context. She has co-authored a number of articles on the topic of formulation and in her work as a supervisor continues to advance the case for formulation as an essential skill for coaches.
