Margaret Jones-Scott is a dedicated wife, mother, grandmother, an administrator, a retired manager, and a witness to events of life dating back to 1930' to present. She was previously employed for thirty years with the City of New York's Department of Social Services where she worked herself up the career ladder from typist to center director.
