He holds an MDiv from Columbia Theological Seminary and a DMin from Fuller Theological Seminary. An accomplished author, he is married to Grace, has two grown children, and resides in Boynton Beach, Florida.



Leo S. Thorne is a retired associate general secretary for mission resource development for the American Baptist Churches USA. A retired senior pastor, university English professor, and senior university administrator, he maintains a life-long passion for prayers and poetry, particularly religious poetry.
