In the summer of 2002, an unearthly drought hits the small town of Fuming, Pennsylvania. As a farm pond slowly evaporates, the remains of small-time drug peddler and fingered Federal informant, Vinnie Lazzaro, are soon discovered. Fuming resident Carmine Cappuccio becomes very nervous.
