Top 5 Sunday Times bestseller -- now in paperback!
Ted's sniff-and-tell story.
It's hard to believe Ted was once a skinny, unwanted pup left outside an animal shelter, before finding fame and fortune alongside Bob Mortimer and Paul Whitehouse on the hit BBC series Gone Fishing.
In this exclusive exposé, Ted reveals what it's really like working with two national treasures--and what happens when the cameras stop rolling.
With his trademark wit and honesty, Ted offers a dog's-eye view of life, friendship, and fame--and shares how you (yes, you) can help make the world a better place for everyone.
This is his story, told in his own words.
Nearly all of it is true.
Ted has co-starred in BBC Two's Mortimer & Whitehouse: Gone Fishing since Series 3 and is now an integral part of the popular show, keeping Bob and Paul on their toes. He is mostly Patterdale Terrier--although a DNA test revealed some surprising results. He is twelve years old and lives in Surrey but travels often for his fishing work. This is his first book.
Ted's trusted co-author, Lisa Clark, has been producing entertainment and comedy shows for more than thirty years--from The Big Breakfast and Don't Forget Your Toothbrush to Shooting Stars, Vic & Bob's House of Fools, and Mortimer & Whitehouse: Gone Fishing, which she has produced since it began in 2018. Lisa lives with Ted, a Briard named Bo, her current husband, Dan, and occasionally her sons, Jon-Joe and Archie.
