Jyotir Moy Chatterjee is an assistant professor in the Information Technology department at Lord Buddha Education Foundation (LBEF), Kathmandu, Nepal. Harish Garg, PhD, is an associate professor at Thapar Institute of Engineering & Technology, Deemed University, Patiala, Punjab, India. His research interests include soft computing, decision-making, aggregation operators, evolutionary algorithm, expert systems, and decision support systems. He has published more than 300 papers published in refereed international journals. Dr. Garg is the Editor-in-Chief of Annals of Optimization Theory and Practice.
