Since 2010 Philip Watson Kuepper has written more than 100 rowing poems on the award-winning rowing history website 'Hear The Boat Sing' (HTBS). He is also a constant contributor to the rowing history website 'Hear The Boat Sing' (HTBS). Kuepper, who was born in Burlington, Iowa, in 1948, now resides in Mystic, Connecticut, with his spouse of 43 years, Michael Bell Meyer.
