Sheilah Y. Kimble was born in Chicago, Illinois, and grew up in Southern California. She is the single mother of three children, one of whom is now deceased. She completed her Master's degree in Public Administration and completed four years toward her PhD in Human Services. Unable to complete her PhD due to a lack of finances and the violent murder of her oldest son, she continued to persevere and began a nonprofit organization in her oldest son's honor with the assistance of her two living children and her parents. She says that she will always begin with giving God the Honor and the glory because God has brought her through many storms and wilderness experiences. As a dedication to God, she would like to dedicate this book to her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ who has changed her in many ways. She also dedicates this book to the true and Godly men and women in leadership.
