Apostle Dr. Allan Samuel Isaac comes to us from the Federation of St. Kitts and Nevis, the twin-island independent nation in the Caribbean. He came into a personal, vital and dynamic relationship with Jesus Christ in October, 1971, at the age of 15, and started preaching the Gospel, in April 1972. He is married to Debbie for almost 34 years, and together they have four biological Children, ranging between ages 22-32. They also raised two nephews ages 28 and 44. His first 20 years as a denominational pioneering leader and Pastor, helped to prepare him for his four years as a missionary, and to pioneer his present ministry, Rivers of Living Water Ministries International, which has been planted on St. Kitts, Nevis, Canada, and London, with his covering role over other churches on St. Maarten, St. Thomas, and Barbados. He served as a professor and coordinator of Haggai Institute, located in Singapore and the Hawaiian island of Maui, over a period of seven years. He is Vice President of Rivers International Christian College and Yorkshire Christian University, based in Canada, Florida, Bahamas, Trinidad, Jamaica, the UK, Russia, Malawi (Africa), St. Kitts, and expanding into several African and European territories.
