A Very Bearological Vacation (Paperback) (ISBN-13: 9781996893388)

Warning: Bears at the Beach!

Pip and Poppy were not lost. They were exploring.

When two curious bear cubs discover a sunny beach full of people, games, snacks, sandcastles, and "snow food," they know one thing for certain: they need a vacation.

Mother Bear is not so sure.

But off they go, packed with berries, towels, patience, and emergency moss. At the beach, Pip and Poppy want everything the human children have: Cheezys instead of berries, a real ball instead of a crabby shell, sun hats that do not walk away, and sunscreen that does not smell like frog.

Mother Bear tries her best to solve every problem in the most sensible way possible - bearologically.

Then the cubs discover something they can do better than anyone: digging. Soon their sandy bear den becomes the grandest castle on the beach, and the human children cautiously join in. Together, children and cubs defend their castle from the waves of King Neptune in one magical afternoon no one will forget.

A Very Bearological Vacation is a warm, funny picture book about family outings, childhood imagination, seaside adventures, and the beautiful chaos of taking children anywhere at all.

A gentle story for beach lovers, tired parents, curious kids, and anyone who has ever said, "Fine. One outing."
