A Woman for Five Seasons: Volume One: Spring (Paperback) (ISBN-13: 9781545254875)

Crystal Ambrose -- intelligent, ambitious, beautiful, and owner of a mortgage brokerage going bankrupt. The year 2009 has been a long, hard slog through the swamp for the entire financial services industry, but this woman is not going down without a fight. With some creative thinking and no little reliance on situational ethics, Crystal conceives a plan to not only save her business but to put herself in the world she deserves to live in. She finds crossing over to the other side of the fence, legally speaking, easy to initiate but not so easy to terminate. And who knew that the small, Midwestern city of Cedar Rapids, Iowa, the City of Five Seasons, had mob connections? As Crystal will find out, there's no such thing as coincidence and the whole world is connected. A mortgage broker, a bank president, a small-time mobster, a prostitute, a sleazy government official, and an OCD warehouse worker will find out just how connected in volume one of A Woman for Five Seasons.
