Jay Ablondi is a father of two and has worked in the health and fitness industry for more than two decades with the International Health, Racquet and Sportsclub Association (IHRSA), based in Boston. As publisher of IHRSA's Club Business International (CBI) and Get Active! magazines, Jay is an advocate for the promotion of regular physical activity for people of all ages and has presented to fitness industry conferences worldwide. Jay Ablondi has a Bachelor of Arts in political science from the University of New Hampshire where he served as Student Body President. "I'm a believer that 'Life is Better for Those Who Exercise'. Active from A to Z, my first children's book--was inspired by my loving wife Linda and the birth of our two daughters.
