William Timmerman has a PhD in Counseling and Diplomate, American Psychotherapy Association. He has many years of experience as a vocational evaluator, rehabilitation consultant and adjunct professor at Bowling Green State University and the Medical College of Ohio. He was a surveyor for the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF) for fourteen years and evaluated more than one-hundred organizations across the nation.
