I was born, Lori Paul, in Dearborn, Michigan. I graduated in 1974 from Dearborn High School and from Ferris State University in 1977, with a degree in Medical Laboratory Technology. I became interested in holistic medicine when my mother used it, to fight her cancer. I am a stage IV metastatic breast cancer survivor. I was diagnosed in 2008, and have used alternative methods to treat my cancer. My goal now is to eat healthy, stay physically active, and help others. I am an advocate for the National Breast Cancer Coalition and the Michigan Breast Cancer Coalition. I love to golf, run, and workout. I do stained glass and gardening as my hobbies.
