After Shakespeare (Paperback) (ISBN-13: 9798283859699)

William Shakespeare has died; his granddaughter Susanna takes it upon herself to publish the poet's plays, but his own widow Anne is opposed and refuses to release them. Actors Burbage, Heminge and Condell, and poet Ben Jonson also want the plays published, but Anne is adamant, for she sees his late husband's work as immoral.
