Noah Matthew MacKay was born in suburban Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania in 1997. He and his family moved to eastern North Carolina three years later in the fall of 2000. In the year 2005, Noah was diagnosed with Asperger's Syndrome, a form of high-functioning Autism. As a child, Noah loved to draw pictures and write stories of his own - a typical trait for people with the Asperger's Syndrome. At age 9, he began to draw a picture of a character that'll be forever known to him as BLACKSMITH. When Noah became a young teenager, his ideas for the tales of the heroic BLACKSMITH broadened, and it was officially copyrighted on July 4, 2010. Four years later, at age 16, Noah M. MacKay self-published his modified creations in his self-titled first novel of the upcoming BLACKSMITH Book Series - following with the next two installations on January and June of 2015. In 2016, MacKay had published his first fantasy novel called "Age of War" as well as a German poetry/short story book called "Der Autismus hält mich nicht auf" (Autism doesn't hold me back). Now he works on the prequel to the AGE OF WAR pilot book, a second German poetry book. Momentarily, MacKay will begin writing BLACKSMITH IV. Noah M. MacKay now attends East Carolina University, where he studies physics and German, co-founded the university's Astronomy Club, and will begin his research in star analysis.
