Sheila Pearl - a seasoned clinical social worker, bereavement counselor and family therapist - was married for 32 years before becoming widowed. It was then she began her unexpected sexual, spiritual, sensual and magical renaissance. As a family therapist, she trained with Virginia Satir in family systems theory and practice. She studied with Neale Donald Walsch, serving as staff coach for the Life Skills Program for five years. Since retiring as cantor and educator in 2004, she has had a busy private practice in relationship and life transitions coaching.
