She is currently working as a Project Manager for a world-leading telecommunications company. She also holds an MSc in Software Engineering from the University of Limerick, Ireland. Dr. Ita Richardson is a Senior Lecturer in the Department of Computer Science and Information Systems and Project Leader in Lero-the Irish Software Engineering Research Centre at the University of Limerick, Ireland. Dr. Micheal Hayes works as a librarian at the University of Limerick where he also teaches in the Department of History and the Centre for Teaching and Learning. He has published many books including Irish Travellers: Representations and Realities (2006). His research interests include the scholarly integration of new technologies for the elimination of social disadvantage.
