Norm Hardy routinely applies his expertise in Risk Assessment and Management to developing solutions to both individual and larger scale problems. He has an extensive experience conducting specialized research and analysis, and, as well, creating, administering and evaluating a variety of personal assessment, information gathering and decision-making instruments. Norm holds both Master's and Ph.D. degrees from the University of Kansas. Bonnie & Norm live in the Pacific Northwest amidst the trees in the shadow of the Olympic Mountains.
