My daily observations of how people really communicate, interact, and react with one another everyday at the airport is, for me, considered a typical day. Each situation is derived from my journal in which I eye-witnessed a variety of people's reactions in response to numerous incidents. When you see and hear so much cruel behavior day after day, it becomes quite aggravating. Redundancy? Exactly! You know when you get tired of something. You just get mentally worn-out.
