Aletheia Casey: A Lost Place (Hardcover) (ISBN-13: 9788862088633)

Casey's altered landscapes serve as potent visual metaphors for wildfires' external devastations and humanity's reaction to them

Manipulating her analog photographs with paint and ink, Australian artist Aletheia Casey comes to terms with the devastation wrought by the 2019-20 wildfires in New South Wales that destroyed a land mass larger than the size of mainland England.
