Dr. Crispin Steele had overcompensated for the snow and road. It had become treacherous before he realized the impact of the weather. He opened his eyes to the soothing voice. He knew that this was bad. He could tell by the look on her face. He could not feel his legs. There was only one thing to say "please don't leave me."
